Over the past 35 years I’ve been associated with UNICON, first as the head of executive education at the University of Minnesota and serving as UNICON’s Executive Director. I have a lot to be thankful for as I retire.
I’m thankful for all the knowledge and insights UNICON provided as I struggled to build a quality executive education business at the University.
I’m thankful for the positive environment UNICON provided. It helped me realize the full value of the professional path I had chosen and the purpose I sought.
I’m thankful for the amazing community UNICON provided – colleagues from around the globe with varied backgrounds who were all pulling together with the same intentions – colleagues I greatly admire and who I count among my very best friends.
I’m thankful for the trust my colleagues had in me. Whether working in a conference breakout session or a UNICON board meeting, I felt valued and supported. I was always glad to be there.
