Spotlight: Maha’s Executive Education Expertise
With over 24 years of expertise in learning and development, I specialize in designing and delivering corporate and open enrollment professional development programs. My skills encompass strategic planning, project management, business development, and team leadership. As a Certified Hogan Assessor, an accredited GCologist with the GC Index, and a leadership instructor, I am dedicated to driving organizational growth through innovative education.
Throughout my years at AUC Onsi Sawiris School of Business, I have supported the broadening of executive education offerings, forged international partnerships, and led impactful projects and initiatives—such as initiating the CXO Forum as a platform for CEOs and C-suite executives to exchange expertise and address common challenges.
A passionate advocate for youth development, I have led programs across Africa and the Middle East, including Egypt, Tunisia, Sudan, Kenya, South Africa, and others, gaining hands-on experience in creating projects with meaningful social impact. My global exposure has further enriched my understanding of diverse cultures and business contexts.
I hold a master’s in public policy and administration from AUC School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and a bachelor’s in business administration from Ain Shams University. My doctoral research focuses on “The Impact of Cultural Norms on the Adoption of Learning Organization Principles in the banking sector in Egypt.”
