Thank You, Nuwan Dishan: UNICON CRM Group Co-Lead Role Now Open

After a year and a half as co-lead of the UNICON CRM Group, Nuwan Dishan of Cambridge Judge Business School is stepping down as he moves into his new role as Client Director at Cambridge Judge Business School, Executive Education. We’re grateful for everything he has brought to the group, and we’re now looking for a new co-lead to work alongside Andrea Fiske of Yale School of Management.

Thank you, Nuwan

Nuwan was appointed co-lead alongside Andrea in March 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience in client relationship management, corporate learning and executive education. Together they have grown the CRM Group into a community of more than 100 CRM professionals from UNICON member schools, meeting online to share case studies, tool demos and practical lessons on CRM adoption, training and reporting.

When he took on the role, Nuwan described what he hoped the group could be:

That is exactly what the group has become: a place where colleagues who manage CRM systems in executive education can compare notes, learn from each other’s implementations and bring the conversation back to their own teams.
