Meet Kamran

Kamran leads IBA Karachi's open-enrollment and custom executive education portfolio. He brings a background in computer science and marketing, and a South Asian market perspective, to the group's work on CRM adoption, reporting and client relationships.

In his words

“What drew me to the UNICON CRM Group is a simple truth: no matter where we sit in the world, as Executive Education professionals we’re all working to build lasting relationships with the people and organizations we serve, and we face many of the same challenges and opportunities along the way. I’m excited to bring a regional perspective, learn from colleagues across different markets, and explore ways to connect and execute that go beyond relying on a single platform. My hope is that we focus on the full customer journey, asking what excellence looks like at every step, and that we find the answers together by openly sharing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what we’re still figuring out.”

A heartfelt thank you from the UNICON team to Nuwan Dishan (Cambridge Judge Business School), who co-led the CRM Group with Andrea Fiske from spring 2025 until this summer, when he stepped down to join Cambridge Judge’s client directors team. Together, Nuwan and Andrea turned the group into a regular meeting point for more than 90 CRM professionals from UNICON member schools, with sessions built around adoption, training, reporting and the everyday reality of making a CRM work in executive education.

Under their leadership, the group met regularly and shared notes and recordings with members who couldn’t join live:

  • June 2025  CRM Group meeting
  • August 2025  From Data to Decisions: Boosting Adoption & Performance with Analytics
  • October 2025  CRM in Executive Education
  • December 2025  Implementing Salesforce at Yale School of Management, with Andrea Fiske
  • February 2026  Stop Buying, Start Using: Unlocking Value from Your Current CRM
  • May 2026  CRM in Executive Education
  • August 2026  A member poll on platforms, expertise and priorities, to shape the sessions ahead

Thank you, Nuwan, for your generosity, your time and the community you helped build. We wish you every success in your new role.
