About Tina Narron
Tina Narron was Chief Operating Officer at UNC Executive Development, Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she oversaw day-to-day operations, organizational strategy, and performance across all departments. Her responsibilities spanned financials, process improvement, cross-departmental collaboration, and KPI monitoring — with a focus on driving both operational efficiency and growth.
Tina held a wide range of roles within Executive Development — including marketing, business development, finance, human resources, operations, and Interim President. Before joining UNC, she spent twelve years in the financial services industry across banking and retail brokerage.
Tina attended Middle Tennessee State University and the American Institute of Banking, and has completed executive development programs in leadership, negotiations, marketing, and finance.
