UNICON is so pleased to announce that Danielle Macedo will join us in the marketing and member engagement director role! Danielle comes to UNICON with many years of marketing and executive education experience, having worked at London Business School from 2017 – 2023, serving in roles including Head of Marketing for Executive Education, and Associate Director Digital Marketing.
Danielle also worked at the University of Westminster as a full-time Digital Content Producer and part-time Lecturer. Her other work experience includes serving in marketing roles at BaseKit in London, the British Council in Brazil, and the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil.
Danielle has her own consulting firm, GammaNexus Consulting, and teaches on the mastering digital marketing and leading digital transformation executive education programmes for LBS. More recently, she also taught online at Rotman (via Emeritus). On a consulting basis, she completed research for Kings College (via SMRS), initiated a knowledge transfer partnership project with London Metropolitan University and Mahogany, and led digital marketing initiatives at Cambridge Judge.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work at business schools alongside executive education teams, where I’ve witnessed UNICON’s exceptional value through its events, research, Leadership Academy, and more. I’m now thrilled to join Melanie and the team, collaborating with this unique community of like-minded professionals in the dynamic executive education landscape.
Having spent a significant part of my career teaching digital marketing, I’m particularly excited about the potential of leveraging UNICON’s Learning Community in Volute, as well as continuing to improve our digital channels so that we can deepen connections, share knowledge, and enhance the experience for all members.
