Open Call: UNICON Research RFP on Organizational Structures

The UNICON Research Committee is looking for a researcher to lead our next study: the organizational structures of business-school-based executive education departments.

The project will map structures across member schools and produce actionable benchmarks on staffing, reporting lines and growth planning, alongside a self-assessment tool members can use to position themselves against peers.
