Welcome to MBZUAI
Another school joining UNICON as an associate member bringing AI expertise is The Academy at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).
MBZUAI is the world’s first university dedicated entirely to advancing science through AI. The Academy extends that mission beyond the classroom and laboratory — serving today’s senior leaders through two core pillars: executive training and thought leadership. Operating as both a living laboratory for leadership enablement and a global think tank, The Academy helps executives develop the judgment, systems thinking, and ethical grounding that AI adoption demands, while convening world-leading thinkers to explore the broader societal questions AI raises.
In that spirit, The Academy draws its name from Plato’s original — a space for open inquiry, experimentation, and diverse perspectives. It is a fitting home for the conversations that executive education must now lead.

As part of the world’s first AI-focused graduate university, we bring a distinctive perspective to executive education at a moment when leaders everywhere are grappling with how AI will reshape their organizations. We look forward to learning from our new peers, sharing our expertise, and advancing the global conversation on what leadership in the AI era demands.”
