New UNICON Board Members: Alan Chen and Nathalie Nawrocki

UNICON is delighted to announce the addition of two new members to our Board of Directors, Alan Chen and Nathalie Nawrocki, bringing fresh perspectives and a wealth of experience to our organization.

Nathalie Nawrocki

Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships, INSEAD

Nathalie is the Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships at INSEAD – she oversees customised programmes and leads the global business development teams dedicated to building corporate partnerships within Executive Education. She also heads INSEAD’s Executive Coaching (IEC), which supports leadership development in both Executive Education and Degree programmes. Her team is responsible for the sales, development and design of Custom Executive Education programmes with INSEAD faculty – delivering learning solutions to over 15,000 participants annually. Nathalie joined INSEAD ten years ago and is based on the Fontainebleau campus in France. She holds dual French and German nationality and is fluent in French, German, and English. Before joining INSEAD, Nathalie was the Sponsorship and PR Director for the Institut Français d’Ukraine in Kiev. Previously she had spent the first 12 years of her career in media, working with international media organizations, including eight years as Account Director at BBC World in London.

“I am truly grateful for the opportunity to join the UNICON Board and contribute to its global mission. I view executive education as a powerful catalyst for positive change in both business and society. I believe deeply in the value of evidence-based learning, the importance of establishing global business standards, and the urgent need to upskill and reskill leaders in today’s rapidly evolving world. With the recent geo-political changes as well as consultancies increasingly entering our space (often prioritizing scale over substance) – UNICON’s role in fostering collaboration among business schools and safeguarding educational integrity has never been more critical. I bring with me a decade of experience in Executive Education at INSEAD, over 30 years in business development, a global perspective, and a lifelong passion for learning. I look forward to working closely with all of you to help shape the future of executive education.”
