The UNICON Team Development Conference (#UNICONTDC), held at The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School from November 5–7 2025, was an extraordinary gathering that brought together 215 executive education professionals in the heart of Washington, D.C. Together, we explored the art and science of “Making Meaning” in executive education, shared innovative program solutions, and strengthened the connections that make our community so vibrant. While the conference has concluded, our journey together continues.
Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sharing in-depth content summaries, speaker interviews, and reflections from the event. Watch this space for updates as we continue to unpack the rich insights gained from our time in D.C.
