About the Role
You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences across B2C marketing strategies. From crafting email campaigns to designing eye-catching social media graphics and producing short-form videos, you’ll bring our brand stories to life across digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Write persuasive, on-brand copy for emails, websites, newsletters, and brochures
- Adapt brand voice and tone to connect with multiple target audiences
- Design static graphics and GIFs for social media and digital channels
- Produce and edit videos for social media and other digital platforms
- Stay current with social media trends and platform features
- Import, format, and schedule emails and social media content
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance content creation workflows
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication
- Portfolio showcasing B2C marketing content creation
- Experience writing for brands and adapting tone for different audiences
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop)
- Experience with layout and formatting tools (InDesign, Word)
- Video editing skills using CapCut or similar software
- Deep familiarity with current social media trends and features
- Experience using social media management tools, like Hootsuite
- Experience using email automation tools, like Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience using generative AI tools in content creation
