Arizona State University (ASU) — Learning Enterprise | Tempe, AZ (In-Person)

Build the employer partnership engine for one of the most ambitious learning portfolios in the country.

Arizona State University (ASU) has retained HireEducation to secure an Executive Director to lead employer and workforce partnerships for ASU’s Learning Enterprise (non-degree and stackable credential programs). You’ll build the go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive accelerated revenue growth by partnering with enterprise employers, workforce agencies, and industry associations.

You’ll need:

• 9+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years leading teams (or equivalent)
• Proven track record driving multi-million-dollar growth through employer/workforce partnerships
• Experience selling to enterprise organizations (500+ employees) across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors
• Success negotiating 6–7 figure agreements and navigating procurement/compliance
• Strong value-based / ABM selling skills (MEDDICC or similar) and advanced CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred)
• Ability to lead the full partner lifecycle: new business → solution design → adoption → renewals/expansion
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally (marketing, product/tech, operations, academic stakeholders)

Location Requirement:

This is an in-person role based in Tempe, Arizona and requires regular business travel. Relocation assistance available.

Compensation:

$160,000–$180,000 base salary + incentive pay
