As Senior Associate Director at Chicago Booth Executive Education, Yazmin Norwood leads a team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact executive education programs that address complex business challenges. She partners with multinational corporations, associations, and industry leaders to develop custom learning experiences that drive organizational growth and leadership transformation. Her expertise spans business development, financial strategy, strategic pricing, and contract negotiations, ensuring long-term value for both clients and Booth.
Her journey into executive education began in a strategic initiatives role, where she quickly recognized the industry’s power to shape leaders and drive meaningful change on a global scale. Over the years, she has played a key role in expanding Chicago Booth’s custom portfolio, managing client engagements, and developing innovative learning solutions tailored to diverse industries.
Before transitioning into executive education, Yazmin held positions in financial administration and grant management at the University of Chicago, overseeing multi-million-dollar research funding initiatives and providing strategic fiscal oversight.
She holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and contributing to her family’s real estate business.
