Taylor is a Senior Program Manager for Customs and Partnered Programs at the Leavey Executive Center at Santa Clara University. In her role, Taylor has gained extensive experience in all aspects of program development, from forging strategic university partnerships to managing client needs and ensuring program success.
Taylor joined the center back in the summer of 2022 after moving to the Bay Area from Boston, Massachusetts. In her role at the Leavey Executive Center, Taylor has gained experience in all parts of program development from start to finish including business development, client onboarding, curriculum design, logistical planning, and process optimization. Her primary focus, however, is on client relationship management, assessing organizational needs, and supporting initiatives to drive client growth.
Prior to her career in Executive Education, Taylor dedicated four years to public school teaching. She taught a variety of social studies courses to both high school and middle school students, excelling in creating engaging curricula from scratch. She also contributed to an educational non-profit by developing a ready-to-implement curriculum on voting rights for Massachusetts teachers. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Arts of Education in Social Studies Education from the University of Florida. She attributes her success to the diverse experiences gained throughout her career.
Outside of work Taylor enjoys exploring new hiking areas with her family, playing video games, visiting bakeries, and chasing after her toddler.
