Sheryl Axline joined Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education in 2019. In her role as Associate Director, Program Development, Sheryl collaborates with clients and faculty to create high impact programs for senior leaders. She is committed to improving learning outcomes, workplace experiences, and business results.
Previously she worked in leadership development consulting serving the corporate, nonprofit, and education sectors. Her consulting focus was people analytics, helping to understand organizations and leaders around the world, from Australia to Zimbabwe, startups to Fortune 50 corporations.
Sheryl holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and an MBA, both from Claremont Graduate University; and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from UCLA. More recently, she completed the Stanford LEAD program. Passionate about life long learning, she has served on education boards at all levels.
