Brianna Rennie is an energetic and dedicated professional with experience in business development, project management, and event coordination, with a focus on executive leadership program design, development, and delivery. She has over 13 years of experience interacting with the executive community in the National Capital Region of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, where she currently resides and represents The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School, Western University. Brianna is a Director of Business Development for The Ivey Academy, where she primarily interfaces with the public sector community of Canada, across federal and provincial governments as well as Crown Corporations and agencies, ensuring their unique executive education needs are met through Ivey’s programming.
Prior to joining Ivey in 2021, Brianna was with the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa where she held various roles as the executive education department developed. Brianna has worked as a Program Manager organizing program logistics, as Manager of Program Design and Delivery, and as Manager of Business Development. Her career progression has allowed her to build an understanding of the various teams, functions, and perspectives that collaborate for a successful executive education experience.
Brianna graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. This year, she is looking forward to completing UNICON’s Leadership Academy. Brianna also holds her Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and has been teaching dancers of all ages the art and discipline of ballet for over 20 years.
