UNICON is delighted to announce the addition of two esteemed professionals to our Board of Directors, Katarina Hägg and Terry Wolfe, bringing fresh perspectives and a wealth of experience to our organization.
Katarina Hägg
CEO, Executive Education (SSE)
Katarina currently serves as the CEO of SSE Executive Education at the Stockholm School of Economics. Her primary focus is on driving innovation of education and development of responsible leaders in all career stages.
With a rich background in academia and business, she is deeply committed to bridging the gap between academia, industry, and society to address pressing global challenges. Katarina’s previous role as the SVP of External Relations at the Stockholm School of Economics and her numerous leadership positions in academia and industry, both in Sweden and abroad, underscore her dedication. In addition to her professional career, Katarina has served as a volunteer for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) for many years and currently serves as member of their Regional Council Europe. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University.
She is multilingual, and has lived and worked in Germany, France, the UK, Finland, and Sweden.

Terry Wolfe
Senior Faculty & Executive Director, Open Enrollment and Corporate Custom Programs, Marshall School of Business, USC
As Executive Director at the University of Southern California / Marshall School of Business, Terry manages a portfolio of corporate custom clients, coordinates with other Account Executives, and is responsible for the Marshall School’s Open Enrollment portfolio.
In his role, he identifies new course topics and market opportunities, collaborates with faculty in program design and development, and oversees Open Enrollment marketing and program delivery. In addition, Terry shapes and guides Marshall’s Exec Ed strategy and program development in both the healthcare industry and international programs.
