Salesforce and other CRM Systems
Following some table discussions at the Team Development Conference in Vancouver, it was clear that several Schools are implementing or transitioning to Salesforce Education Data Architecture as their CRM of choice.
Under the guidance of the UNICON Tech Disruptor Group, we would like to set up a community of practice to share experiences and support colleagues managing and/or implementing CRM systems.
This is not designed to help you choose systems, suppliers or consultants but for those of us who work in exec ed to support each other through the implementation journey.
If you are interested in getting involved, drop Pam or Jane an email by the end of February and we will pull together a network. As other CRM systems are available we are happy to widen the community to all things CRM.
