It differs from most UNICON research, which involves collection of quantitative and qualitative data, by providing a personal and first-hand example of pedagogical innovation and insights from two faculty members with deep experience in executive education. Indirectly, the paper also sheds light on a notable digitally-driven innovation of the past decade (podcasts) and how they may find greater utility in learning.
