Thank you to all who attended our 2018 Team Development Conference as we explored the theme of Executive Education & Beyond: Growth through Unique Partnerships. We would also like to thank UNICON member University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business for hosting us. We enjoyed coming together to discuss the services we provide as executive education professionals and how we collaborate with each other and competitors to continue to add value to the customers we serve. We hosted sessions on changing the marketing landscape, building innovative partnerships, engaging faculty in support of executive education and more.

Welcome, Newcomers!
At the 2018 Team Development Conference, we were excited to welcome our newcomers to the UNICON community. We were able to catch up with some of our new members to ask them what they were most excited about in attending the event. We were also able to catch up with some of our members who attended our on-site session as a part of the Leadership Academy, UNICON’s six-month development program designed specifically for university-based executive education professionals seeking to transition into leadership roles within member schools.
