Leading Executive Education in a Changing World
Thank you to all who attended the 2019 Team Development Conference in November hosted by UNICON member Santa Clara University. We enjoyed sharing insights and discoveries as we explored the changing market dynamic that we are up against and the critical role of organizational health, team clarity and leadership at all levels in our organizations as a way to counter these dynamic market forces. Members also experienced some of the best things California has to offer, including a full tour of a local vineyard.
