Key Responsibilities: • Business Development & Sales (50%): Develop strategic sales plans, negotiate with prospective clients, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth through increased enrollments and custom program contracts • Program Design & Transition (20%): Lead early-stage program design and stakeholder engagement, serving as primary client contact during program development phases • Marketing & Promotion (20%): Partner with Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, represent Executive Education at events, and create multimedia content • Additional Projects (10%): Contribute to special projects as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field • Minimum 5 years professional experience • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue/growth targets • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong understanding of corporate training and professional development trends |
