We are seeking an experienced Learning Evaluation and Assessment Advisor to help our clients and internal teams understand, measure and communicate the outcomes and business impact of leadership and capability-development programs.

As our specialist advisor in learning evaluation, assessment and psychometrics, the successful candidate will work across the client and program lifecycle. They will partner with business development, learning-solutions and program-delivery colleagues to design fit-for-purpose evaluation approaches, develop meaningful measures, analyse evidence and translate findings into compelling insights for clients.

Candidates will bring:

  • Experience designing and implementing learning-evaluation or assessment frameworks in leadership development, organisational development, education or consulting
  • Experience with methodologies such as Kirkpatrick, LTEM, Phillips or comparable approaches
  • Strong knowledge of psychometrics, assessment design and evaluation methods
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Experience producing evaluation reports, dashboards and client-ready presentations
  • Strong stakeholder-engagement and advisory skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational or educational psychology, evaluation, learning sciences, psychometrics, education, data analytics, statistics or a related discipline.
