Melbourne Business School Executive Education is growing, having delivered more than 25% growth last year, with ambitious plans for continued expansion across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

We are seeking three Associate Principal Consultants to help shape high-quality, commercially sound learning solutions within our sector-focused Executive Education portfolios. These portfolios currently cover Financial and Professional Services, Industrials and the Public Sector, including health and education.

Working closely with a Principal Consultant, each Associate Principal will act as a senior client-facing solution architect, translating complex organisational needs into coherent, scalable learning experiences. Responsibilities include:

  • Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Leading or supporting client-needs discovery and solution design
  • Partnering with faculty and facilitators to develop custom learning solutions
  • Advising clients on capability development and learning pathways
  • Leading learning-design projects of moderate complexity
  • Developing proposals, tenders and solution narratives
  • Contributing to reusable products, frameworks and methodologies
  • Applying sound commercial judgement to feasibility, pricing and delivery planning.

Candidates will bring strong experience in consulting, learning design, organisational development or a related discipline, with a record of creating practical, client-centred learning solutions. We are looking for strong discovery, solution-design and proposal-development capabilities; relevant sector or subject-matter expertise; confidence engaging senior stakeholders; and a collaborative, curious and commercially aware working style.

Applications, including a covering letter and current CV, will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the positions are filled.
