Introducing Katy Falcao

About Katy
Katy Falcao currently serves as the Director of Digital Learning Solutions within Executive Education at INSEAD. Her primary focus is on driving educational innovation and developing responsible leaders.
In her current role, Katy works on strategic projects such as building new capabilities and embedding the latest digital innovations, including INSEAD XR, into Executive Programmes.
Prior to this role, Katy was a Corporate Partner, developing customized solutions to support organizations and leaders in overcoming challenges and identifying new opportunities.
Katy is passionate about innovation and art. She enjoys painting and clay modeling. She holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and wrote her thesis on leveraging art in coaching. Curious by nature, she loves connecting people to spark new opportunities.
French/Portuguese, Katy is fluent in both languages as well as English and Spanish. Based in France, she has traveled the world and is always looking for new destinations.
Introducing Tracy Sheerin
Yale School of Management
Bringing expertise in digital learning and strategic initiatives, Tracy Sheerin currently serves as Managing Director of Digital Learning and Strategic Initiatives, Executive Education at Yale School of Management.
Prior to this, Tracy was the Director of Digital Learning, Learning Design and Marketing at Yale, managing collaborations across campus and outside partners, and leading marketing for the executive education portfolio. Her career also includes design and marketing roles at Nike and Mattel, as well as strategic planning roles supporting brands such as P&G, Nissan, and Adidas.
Tracy’s approach blends a Midwest work ethic, East Coast drive for excellence, and West Coast curiosity for the unknown—a perfect fit for leading the Tech Disruptors Group through the next wave of innovation!
Under Katy and Tracy’s leadership, the Tech Disruptors Group will continue fostering collaboration, idea exchange, and innovation in executive education technology. We look forward to the conversations, insights, and advancements this dynamic duo will bring!
