To foster leadership and drive organizational transformation in both the corporate and public sectors, NTU CoM bridges academia and industry through its degree and non-degree programs. Among them, the NTU EMBA is ranked No. 1 in Far East Asia by Eduniversal 2025, demonstrating its leadership in executive education. SEED was established in 2012 by NTU’s College of Management, aiming to provide non-degree yet certified programs. SEED offers two main types of services: Open Enrollment Programs (OEP) and Customized Specific Programs (CSP). The former is open for public registration and targets senior executives such as CEOs, CFOs, business owners, and other C-level positions, while the latter is designed for mid- to large-sized enterprises to support corporate-level talent development.
Since its establishment, SEED has collaborated with over 500 enterprises and trained more than 2,000 executives across various industries. Its alumni network actively contributes to Taiwan’s innovation ecosystem, creating tangible business and societal impact. Based on the needs for leadership cultivation and talent development, SEED plays the leading role as a total solution provider by offering certified non-degree programs.
