![]() | Nicholas Hamilton-Archer Nicholas Hamilton-Archer serves as the Chief Executive Education Officer for the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He came to Michigan Ross from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, where he was Executive Director of Executive Education. Prior to this, Hamilton-Archer held leadership roles in the field of executive education at the University of Colorado, the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business, and George Mason University’s School of Management in Fairfax, VA. Hamilton-Archer’s international record includes extensive experience in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and South Africa, where he managed strategic initiatives and partnerships and worked collaboratively with multiple government agencies, non-profits, and private businesses. |
![]() | Lisa Rohrer Lisa has spent her career bringing ideas and research from top academic institutions to a global audience of students and professionals through executive education, case writing, teaching, and consulting with organizations across the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia. She started her career in financial services working in New York and London and her work has spanned a number of domains including market research, consulting and higher education administration. Lisa’s academic and teaching experience centers around the leadership and strategy of professional service firms, with a particular focus on law firms. Having written her PhD dissertation on the impact of law firm mergers on associate career paths, Lisa has consulted with law firm leaders of major US and global firms around topics of leadership and strategy. She has led executive education at Harvard Law School and Georgetown Law Center and is the author of numerous Harvard case studies on leadership in professional services. |
