As program manager you will develop and implement intricate delivery plans for Tuck’s distinctive portfolio of non-degree business education programs for unique professional and executive audiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring and executing seamless logistical and administrative preparation for our programs and delivering a transformative experience for participants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program and event management, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to work at a high operational tempo.

Qualifications:
- Experience and skill in planning and producing professional, multi-day conferences, speaking engagements, and/or education and training programs, preferably in-person, virtual, and hybrid executive education programs in a university setting or other complex organization.
- Strong project management capabilities. Experience with customer relationship and/or learning management systems (e.g. Canvas) desired.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in liberal arts, business or event management/hospitality and/or relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of program participants and alumni, faculty, and fellow colleagues.
- Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of program participants, faculty and client organizations.
- Able to collaborate effectively with other Tuck and Dartmouth colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Able to work some evenings and weekends to facilitate programs while in session. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as program needs require.
