The Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa is located in the heart of Ottawa and is the proud academic home of over 5,000 students, 200 faculty members, and 36,000 alumni. Since 2007, Telfer Executive Programs (TEP) has been a premier provider of executive leadership programming for clients in the National Capital Region, across Canada, and with selected international clients. We offer highly experiential leadership development programs in which executives and emerging leaders develop their skills and abilities to contribute to their organization’s success and expand their leadership capacity.  Our work aligns closely with the Telfer School of Management’s focus on experiential learning and the school’s strategic pillars: A Better Canada; Healthy, Thriving Communities; Business for a Better World; and Lifelong Learning and Leadership. These pillars guide the development of executive leadership programs and anchor the strategic partnerships we pursue.

Located in downtown Ottawa in the Sun Life Financial Centre at 99 Bank Street, Telfer’s Executive Campus (TEC) is a purpose-built executive learning facility and serves as the home for Telfer Executive Programs, the Telfer Executive MBA, and the Telfer Executive Master of Health Administration.  In addition, TEP also regularly accesses immersive simulation facilities, as required for specific program deliveries, through the uOttawa-IBM Cyber Range.
