MIT Sloan Executive Education seeks an experienced person to manage a dynamic portfolio of their own custom, open enrollment, and online executive education programs, with an annual revenue of $3-5M. They will lead the full program lifecycle, including client and faculty relationship management, writing compelling business portfolios, program design, budgeting, delivery, operational quality, educational outcomes, and financial performance. They will represent the Office of Executive Education and MIT Sloan School in meetings and events with C-Suite executives and functional leaders, engaging with senior executives, MIT faculty and professional staff to ensure success.
