Deputy Head of Executive Custom Programmes & Development-Maternity Cover

Description:

We are currently seeking for a Maternity Cover in the role of Deputy Head of Executive Custom Programmes & Development, to join the Custom Executive Education department, and who reports directly to the Campus Dean and will temporarily be responsible for overseeing all facets of operations, processes, planning and delivery for the Executive Custom department.  This role requires a blend of analytical, operational and sales capabilities, along with knowledge of managing and motivating a team.

The main work activities for this role would be:

  • Business Development & Design (40%): Take responsibility for the financial management of the division, including defining and achieving revenue and margin objectives. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, flexibility, adaptability, and developed relational skills to manage complex challenges and intercultural dynamics. Possess advanced skills in designing Executive Education programs, faculty assessment, faculty research and micro-design. Develop accurate budgets for Executive Education programs and negotiate fees with faculty, ensuring optimal financial management. Have advanced skills in project management.
  • Client and Partner Management (40%): Coordinate global Executive Education projects and initiatives, managing complex relationships with international clients. Maintain effective communication with other ESCP campuses and collaborate with European colleagues to ensure strategic and operational alignment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners, with a particular focus on the Middle East region.
  • Team Management (20%): Supervise and lead a team of 4 highly skilled professionals, ensuring their professional growth and effective collaboration.

 

The role requires to travel quite often both in Italy and worldwide.

  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Background required:

Master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or similar.

Significant executive education or higher education, consulting or related professional services experience.

Strong business acumen, outstanding communication and organization skills, mindset of learning and collaboration.

Knowledge:

Microsoft Office package + professional English (C1 level). Project management skills: ability to analyze needs and to design the training.

Salary:  Up to  €35.000 plus 15% bonus on performance objectives
