MISSION
Main mission:
Your main mission is to manage and develop the portfolio of tailor-made Executive programs on all French and international campuses, in line with emlyon business school’s mission and values. You will develop the division’s strategic vision, in line with the Group’s strategic plan, and ensure the effective implementation of this strategy, with a view to high quality and profitability for the division.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
The responsibilities and activities described below are explanatory and not limitative. They may be adapted to suit the situation.
Designing and implementing the strategic vision
– Develop and implement a customized Executive business development strategy aligned with the school’s overall strategy.
– Contribute to the successful collaboration with customers and the school’s faculty to develop solid solutions, design customized programs and identify the appropriate internal/external faculty to successfully achieve learning objectives.
– Involve as necessary in relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
– Ensure a high quality customer experience throughout the learning journey.
– Oversee the design and implementation of appropriate post-program follow-up to measure customer satisfaction and ability to apply learning solutions.
– Actively engage in follow-up practices with program participants, customer representatives, program sponsors and teachers.
Team management
– Instill meaning and mission in teams on a daily basis.
– Organize and evaluate individual and collective team performance.
– Arbitrate strategic and operational decisions within the scope of activities.
– Respond to teams’ operational concerns.
– Validate proposals for organizational improvements and task allocation within the
scope.
– Anticipate the need for forward-looking management of jobs and skills (GPEC) within the perimeter, in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
– Facilitate day-to-day interactions between internal and external departments and program teams.
Budget design and management
– Oversee the construction of projected budgets for each training program, paying close attention to pedagogical quality and program margins.
– Monitor and control budgets.
– Consolidate all the division’s activities with the finance department and management control.
– Monitor financial and non-financial indicators on a monthly basis.
PROFILE SOUGHT
– You have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
– You have a sense of service quality, customer relations and results.
– Capable of creating and improving operational management processes, you demonstrate leadership that is both benevolent and demanding.
– You are autonomous and creative, enabling you to quickly resolve teams’ operational problems.
– You are diplomatic, and know how to interact with institutional partners as well as with the highest corporate representatives.
– You have an excellent level of English (C1 or C2).
– You have successful experience in selling customized training programs, and ideally know how business schools operate.
