Position Overview: You’re a strategic leader with a proven track record in EdTech or digital education development,
ready to drive global market expansion for one of Canada’s top business schools. Your background in developing
innovative digital learning solutions, combined with your expertise in global business development, will make you a key
player in Ivey’s transformation and growth. You are excited to build and lead a team focused on creating high-quality
digital education experiences and have a vision for expanding Ivey’s presence on the global stage. With your
collaborative spirit, you will work closely with senior leaders to set and execute strategic priorities, fostering innovation
and agility.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth and Global Market Expansion Develop and execute strategies to increase Ivey’s revenue through
digital platforms, reaching new markets and expanding global partnerships. Build collaborations that boost Ivey’s market
share, revenue, and enrollment in international markets. Lead initiatives to enhance profitability, customer service, and
accountability for Ivey’s online product portfolio.
Strategic Growth and Leadership Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the global expansion of
Ivey’s digital learning products. Leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities and set strategic priorities for the
Ivey EdTech Lab.Develop intellectual property and compensation models for digital assets, ensuring competitive
advantage and market differentiation.
Program and Product Development Oversee the design and scaling of innovative blended and online learning
programs that cater to diverse learner needs. Collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation and optimize the
utility of digital materials.Lead Ivey’s operational transformation to enhance responsiveness and agility, fostering a culture
of innovation.
Thought Leadership Serve as a global thought leader in EdTech, identifying and implementing emerging trends to
position Ivey as a leader in digital education.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience: University degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in EdTech or digital education.
Extensive experience in senior leadership within Executive Education, EdTech, or Higher Education. Proven success in
developing and scaling digital learning products for global markets.
Skills and Abilities Expertise in online education trends and innovative digital learning solutions. Strong strategic,
financial, and operational planning skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Proven success in engaging stakeholders and building partnerships. Excellent presentation, communication, and
facilitation skills.
