Guided by the school’s Governing Board and under the direct supervision of the Associate Dean of Executive Education, you will manage the Executive Masters and open programs. This department is composed by prestigious degrees and certifications such as the “Executive master’s in general management”, “Objective Board of Directors”, or “Managing an operational unit”, etc. This department is intended to grow in terms of the number of participants and the range of educational programs to enable the school to expand its influence in the executive education sector and to impact executives, corporations, and society. The programs are deployed in France, China and Africa.
Your role is to implement the Executive Education strategy in your program portfolio on all geographies. You will directly manage the program managers and operational teams who deliver high quality training. Your objective is to strongly develop the activity of your division in France and internationally.
Your main missions are as follows:
- Deploy the Executive Education strategy on Executive Masters and short programs, both certifying and graduating.
- Manage the budgets of the programs and continuously improve their profitability margins.
- Ensure the quality and academic excellence of the programs and their compliance with current and future labels, certifications, and accreditations.
- Achieve an excellent level of satisfaction and professional integration of the programs’ participants.
- Demonstrate initiative and proposals to improve the participants’ experience.
- Organize and lead individual and team performance.
- Establish efficient work processes in line with the other business areas of the group.
- Recruit internally or externally and manage pedagogical coordinators on a daily basis.
- Develop new training programs to increase the range of courses offered internationally as part of the strategic plan.
- Manage the ranking of degree programs in France and internationally.
- Develop close relations with companies, federations and skills operators to ensure the development of the department.
Profile
You have a master’s degree and excellent interpersonal and managerial skills. You are familiar with budget management and program design, and you enjoy developing the skills of your colleagues. You have a sense of service quality, customer relations and results. You are able to create and improve operational management processes and demonstrate leadership that is both caring and demanding. You are autonomous and creative to quickly solve the operational problems of the teams. You are diplomatic and know how to interact with all the support services of a group as well as with foreign partners.
You have a good level of English (C1 or C2) and French (C1 or C2).
You have a good knowledge of the activities of an Executive Education division and the current landscape of Executive Education.
Position Based in Lyon (France) with home office & travels to Paris.
Permanent contract with a trial period.
